We want you to love your Loop experience, which is why we offer a 100-day hassle-free return policy for all our earplugs and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your fit or sound reduction, you can return your items for a full refund within the eligibility window.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all ear tip sizes and the carry case provided.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your original payment method will be credited within 5 to 10 business days.
